Our dedicated team at the Foam Source demands only the highest quality materials from our suppliers, and in turn insists that you are completely satisfied with all your product purchases. We offer a 30 Day comfort guarantee:
- Customer is responsible for shipping and packaging on all exchanges and returns.
- For mattresses sold at any of our retail locations: Customers may exchange the mattress one time for a mattress of equal or greater value within 30 days.
- Pillows and mattress toppers sold at our retail locations: Because of health and sanitary reasons, we can not take pillows and toppers back. We make exceptions to this rule only for customers who purchase over the internet. We do this as a service to our online customers and donate the exchanged ones to local hospice centers.
- For mattresses sold over the internet: In cases where the customer has not had the opportunity to sample the feel of our mattresses before purchase, we offer a 30 day return for a full purchase price refund less cost of shipping and packaging.
- Pillows and toppers ordered over the internet: To ensure internet customers receive the right topper or pillow, we offer a 10 day exchange. Try it for 10 days and if you are not absolutely happy you can exchange it for another pillow or topper of equal or greater value.
- Custom orders, futons, frames and floor cushions are not returnable unless defective and exchanges must be for a duplicate.
All returns must be authorized before they can be excepted. Call 1.800.255.0181 or contact us online for information on obtaining an authorization.
Please note: Merchandise must clean and free from stains, tears and rub marks of any kind or we can not make the exchange or refund.
