Choose up to 3 layers for your custom foam Rectangle Cushion. Polyurethane, Memory Foam and Latex Foam are all available.There is a $5.00 lamination fee for each layer you decide to add on.

Latex & Memory Foam come in multiples of 1” layers only: 1”,2”,3”ect.

Chair Cushion Custom Foam Shape

Choose up to 3 layers for your custom foam cushion. Polyurethane, Memory Foam and Latex Foam are all available. There is a $5.00 lamination fee for each layer you decide to add on.
